Shipping Policy

All orders are sent to the printers on Monday and Wednesday of each week.  It will take 3 to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your product to be created, packaged and shipped to you.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


We offer shipping to the following countries: Canada and United States. 

At this time, we do not ship to the rest of the world. 

If you are interested in our product, and you do not see your country here, send us an email and we will review your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Northern Phoenix Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within estimated delivery time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use different carriers to ensure you receive your product quickly and safely.  Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your shipment happens to be with a carriers falls into this group, please contact us if you haven’t received your order within estimated delivery time of receiving your shipping confirmation email. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our support team within 10 days of product delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
